Install telnet client on Windows Vista
Telnet is not installed by default. Here’s the step to install on Windows Vista
1. Open control panel
2. Open Programs and Features
3. On the left panel, select “Turn Windows Features on or off”
4. In the tree, select “Telnet Client”, and click OK
Telnet is the basic tool for a network administrator.
