Today I encounter a problem that customer can’t ftp to the serve.
It’s plesk 8.1.0 on vps(linux cent os4)
The ftp account is in domains->domain.name->setup
It is not in web users or domain administrator.
Web Users will create a sub dir in /var/www/vhosts/domain.name/web_users
